I use him as an anchor, he grounds me.
Whenever the trains of my thoughts rush at a destructive speed
He is a speed breaker in my rails, he partakes in that job with a glee
He’s the force that stops my arms to bleed
When that sharp agony is waving in the air, dangling from my hand
He is the one I see,
Smiling, whimpering and even laughing
God make that man happy
He’s not my responsibility
But the innate urge to fix him is still there
To take all of his liability
To take away the things he hates
To fill him with new possibilities
I want to do him, love him, kiss him
Linger my fingertips on his bare chest
Sounds like a safe haven for me
So tell me, hun, are we for a moment or for a lifetime?
